Unfortunately, this is not uncommon in our industry, but look a little deeper and you’ll find something very disturbing; this shop is using an FTD website, FTD products and the FTD answering service! Is this how you intended your FTD dollars to work for you?

There is nothing wrong with gathering orders – the reason you opened your shop was to gather orders. But, when you reach to the depths of deception, one needs to ask, why? Why do you have to misrepresent the industry to sneak an order from an unassuming customer who doesn't have any idea who they are shopping with?
FTD.com, 1-800 Flowers.com, Coasttocoastflowers.com, all gather orders, but the difference is that it’s very clear who you’re dealing with when you use one of those services because there is no smoke or mirrors. Many people shop with national brands because in most cases they can't find the local option.
