On the topic of reviews, they usually fall into one extreme or the other, and unfortunately the people wanting to leave good reviews are much more likely to forget than those looking to damage your reputation with a bad one.
Think about the last fantastic, or awful meal you had in a restaurant. You may have intended to leave a great review for a tasty meal, but chances are if you didn’t do it right away, you probably forgot by the time the check came and the opportunity passed. On the other hand, if you had a bad experience, it’s more likely to linger on as you dwell on it after the fact.
It’s not that people don’t want to leave good reviews, they just need a reminder in many cases. The bride is busy with other things or maybe even on a honeymoon and she’s probably not even thinking about flowers. It’s perfectly okay to follow up with her a few weeks later and ask her for a review if she was happy with your work.
Good luck with the rest of your wedding season! If you have any tips, tricks, or proven methods of dealing with difficult brides, we’d love to hear them, so please share them here or send us an email.
